This four-course, intimate evening guides you through special Merlot bottlings from our estate vineyards, paired alongside modern Mediterranean fare from acclaimed Chefs Laura & Sayat Ozyilmaz.

This award-winning chef duo was classically trained at the Culinary Institute and boasts years of experience at top Michelin-starred restaurants. Beautifully crafted, complex and nuanced, you’ll enjoy our most celebrated wines, including the Three Palms Vineyard Merlot, while taking in sweeping views of Marlee’s Vineyard.
